Access to the Web Portal:

Once you have registered your device, you can login, connected to the portal  https://map.discoverig.it and enter the credentials (Email - Password) you chose when you registered.

If you experience difficulties while accessing the App you can contact us by opening a support ticket directly in your member area discoverig.co.uk/my-account, or you can email us at support@discoverig.it indicating the device ID number.
