I want to sell 

If you have decided to sell your GPS device, you must first cancel your current subscription. (Follow the "Canceling your subscription" manual).

Once canceled, email us at support@discoverig.it with your device ID, after a check of the data you provided we will email you a new activation sheet to give to the new owner.

Warning: all your data will be removed, you will no longer be able to log in with your data to the DiscoveRig application or WebPortal.

You will still be able to access your restricted area My-Account

I want to buy a used device: 

If you want to buy a used device, make sure the old owner requests and provides you with a new "Activation Sheet" containing both the identification code and the activation code. DiscoveRig to Protect Privacy, will not be able to help you unless you have the new activation sheet.

If you have the activation sheet, you can proceed with activation as if it were a new device (Follow the manual "Device Activation")
