Obtaining the DiscoveRig application:

The DiscoveRig app is available on the App Store (iOS Devices) or the PlayStore (Android Devices).

Application access:

After downloading the DiscoveRig application and registering the device, you can Login by pressing the "LOGIN" button.

The login screen will open where you will be asked to enter your credentials (Email and Password) that you chose when you registered.

If you experience difficulties while accessing the App you can contact us by opening a support ticket directly in your member area discoverig.co.uk/my-account, or you can email us at support@discoverig.it indicating the device ID number.

WARNING: You will be prompted to authorize to receive push notifications. You will only be sent notifications regarding the status of your battery and your subscription.
